When I received my new HS1110 yesterday I was unable to set it up properly and got into a right mess, I telephoned your company for technical support and was put through to Alison who helped me with the electronic key pad settings, no fuss, no problem, guided me through all the steps, she was patient and polite. She is an obvious asset to your company, I wish she was working for me!

Chris HowieWe had a safe delivered today by John and Darren. The were extremely friendly and polite. Darren came to assess where the safe was being positioned and with no disruption to the rest of the office both he and John brought the safe in, removed all the packaging and positioned the safe where it was required. Darren took the time to check all shelves and brackets were included and also double checked both keys worked. We were extremely impressed by the service we received form both of them and felt they projected a very positive image for the Company.
